
After devoting 29 years to the organization, Renee E. Hawkins has emerged as a catalyst for innovation and transformation at Ford Motor Credit Company. Currently serving as the executive director of modernization and transformation, Ms. Hawkins leads decision-making regarding the platform systems used in the company’s operations. Her expertise in transformation and business operations is widely recognized, and she has been instrumental in driving innovation within the company.
Ms. Hawkins began her journey with Ford Motor Credit Company in 1996. Over the years, she has embraced various roles, each offering new challenges and learning opportunities. In 2022, she was appointed vice president of North America business operations, a position she held until 2024. During this time, she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations across the region. Prior to this, she served as director of US loss prevention, bankruptcy, and recovery in 2022, where she focused on mitigating financial risks and enhancing recovery processes.
In 2021 to 2022, Ms. Hawkins took on the role of business center director at Ford Credit. Her leadership was marked by strategic initiatives that improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Throughout her career, Ms. Hawkins has demonstrated a commitment to continuous growth and development within the same organization, proving that long-term dedication can lead to profound professional fulfillment.
Ms. Hawkins’ educational background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Florida State University College of Business. Growing up in a military family exposed her to diverse cultures and values, nurturing her curiosity and desire to understand different perspectives.
