Cynthia Lauren Huff is a real estate developer with Dream Construction, where she has played an integral role since 2007. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in construction, she was inspired by her mother, Cynthia, who founded the company during the 2007 recession. As the industry faced setbacks, Ms. Huff’s mother successfully flipped nearly 7,000 homes, demonstrating resilience and innovation—qualities that Ms. Huff would later embrace in her career. Ms. Huff pursued business administration and management coursework at the College of Southern Nevada before completing real estate studies at the Real Estate School of Nevada. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience, helped her transition into real estate sales and development. Initially joining Dream Construction as an office administrator, she spent nearly a decade building the company alongside her family. Over time, she took on sales and marketing responsibilities, eventually leading the company’s efforts in land development and luxury home sales.
After obtaining her real estate license, Ms. Huff shifted her focus to training agents on presenting build plans. She developed a nationwide agent incentive program to encourage collaboration in custom home projects. Her ability to create innovative marketing strategies has helped Dream Construction expand its presence in the competitive Las Vegas market. In 2024, she became a luxury development liaison with KW Commercial Las Vegas VIP, further solidifying her expertise in high-end real estate. Ms. Huff has also ventured into various entrepreneurial endeavors, including founding Dream Interiors in 2015 and managing Flatliner Pest Control. Recently, her family launched HH Pools, a company specializing in luxury pool installations. These businesses complement her work in construction and development, showcasing her ability to diversify and expand her professional reach. One of Ms. Huff’s latest projects involves building spec homes, allowing her team to create unique designs while offering pre-sale opportunities to potential buyers. As an active member of the Apostolic Church of Las Vegas, she dedicates time to charitable initiatives and hopes to establish a building fund for a large church camp on Mount Charleston.
