While balancing the responsibilities of raising two children and maintaining a full-time job, she graduated from Doane University in Crete, Nebraska, with an associate degree in business in 1996. Starting in 2001, she spent more than a decade as an account executive with SiteScapes Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, after which she became an account manager for celebrity staff in 2012. From 2014 to 2018, Ms. Riddle gained experience as an office manager and hiring manager with Daitron Inc., subsequently working as an operational coordinator with Experian until 2021. She began working with Forcepoint Federal, LLC, which is now Everfox, as a senior sales recruiter in 2021.

Devoted to her profession and staunch advocate for fairness, Ms. Riddle participates in diversity, equity, and inclusion (also known as DEI) seminars hosted by Fairgodboss and by Jopwell, a recruiting company dedicated to facilitating connections between companies and talented candidates from minority groups. She derives immense satisfaction from helping others fulfill their career aspirations. Her commitment to diversity was ignited during her tenure with a Japanese company, and she has been awarded by Forcepoint Federal, LLC, as a Diversity Champion as a testament to her dedication to fostering inclusivity and representation.

She acknowledges that many strides have been made toward gender equality in the workplace but notes that obstacles and challenges remain.
