Becky Amble

Talented, versatile, and proven, exhibiting professional excellence for decades, Becky L. Amble is the founder of Future Focus, a strategic business consulting firm in St. Paul, Minnesota. Driven early on by her determination and work ethic, she completed her undergraduate studies in just two-and-a-half years, graduating from the University of North Dakota summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During Ms. Amble’s coursework, her inclination for business became evident, and she knew it was where she belonged.

Relying on strategic thinking, innovation, and adaptability, Ms. Amble has always found new ways to accomplish her goals. She continued her higher education at Central Michigan University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing. At Future Focus, she works with companies that want to grow their business, helping her clients diagnose problems, develop strategic marketing plans, and achieve impressive results through tactical execution. Ms. Amble has worked with companies in numerous industries, including engineering, manufacturing, staffing, venture capital, and with professional associations. She is known for her ability to embrace and tackle challenges, try new things, and remain committed to learning and professional development. Ms. Amble finds sharing her knowledge with others a fun and rewarding experience and has built her career around her passion.

As a testament to her devotion to continuing education, Ms. Amble refuses to stagnate and has earned numerous professional certifications. Among her credentials, she holds a certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion, better known as DEI, from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, completed an Agile Leadership Specialization at the University of Colorado, and obtained a certificate in business strategy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition, Ms. Amble holds a certification in content marketing strategy, which she earned at the University of California, Davis, in 2021, and has completed multiple certifications through LinkedIn. She has been recognized for her professional excellence with a myriad of awards throughout her career, including an Emerging Marketing Executive Award for sales and marketing executives, the Harold J. Cummings Award for Business Executive of the Year, and a Main Street Mentor honor from Alignable. Moreover, Ms. Amble has been a Marquis honoree in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who of Professional Women, Who’s Who in the Midwest, Who’s Who of American Women, and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.

Beyond her work in marketing, sales, business, and executive consulting, Ms. Amble published a book titled “Love from Grandma” in 1999, which became a bestseller. She has penned other books in the series, including “Hugs from Grandma: Words of Wisdom from Grandmothers” in 2000 and “Love from Grandma: Words of Wisdom and Hope from Grandmothers Around the World” in 2012. Striving to help others through her writings. Her books sold more than 200,000 copies, and she donated part of her proceeds to the North Dakota School for the Blind to honor her grandmother, who was blind. Ms. Amble also has authored multiple articles published in professional journals and wrote “Mastering ChatGPT for Women” in 2024 and “My Brilliant Ideas, Hopes, and Dreams” in 2023. She is interested in continuing to pursue her creative and highly informative works in the future, as she finds writing to be fun and fulfilling.

Further, Ms. Amble seeks to inspire people aged 50 and older by encouraging them to pursue their goals, as she attributes her own success to dedication, hard work, passion for helping others, and people helping her during her journey. To give back, she has served as a mentor for the Minnesota Cup since 2021 and was a member of the board of directors for the Merrill Arts Center from 2018 to 2020. Previously, Ms. Amble contributed as the president and vice president of the Bloomington Rotary Foundation. She has also served as a fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
