Jessica Lee Paski is an experienced and successful real estate professional specializing in resident, employee, community, and government relations. As a member of the Athen Area Association of REALTORS, she has been the president of the Paski Residential Group since 2015. In this role, she is responsible for a variety of duties with multiple companies, including payroll services for one client, and lease-ups, which are pre-leasing periods during which property managers seek tenants, for another company. Additionally, Ms. Paski is involved in new development, interior design, accounting, and marketing across projects. She regularly visits sites to meet with residents, review ledgers, issue corrections, and investigate regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Paski previously managed properties for other owners, but after an opportunity arose to buy a property for herself containing eight single-family homes, she immediately seized it. Her business has only grown since. She knows that her accomplishments are the result of her determination, refusal to settle, and self-motivation.
From 2014 to 2023, Ms. Paski steadily gathered experience in the real estate industry as the director of commercial leasing and marketing for The Walden Group, a strategic investment banking firm specializing in medical technology. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a regional manager for Hercules Living, before which she was a traveling corporate manager for McCormack Baron Companies from 2016 to 2019. For more than five years, Ms. Paski was a senior management consultant with CityBlock Properties Inc., and from 2011 to 2017, she worked with Conix Investments / Castlegate Property Group in various roles, including as a regional manager, audit manager, and portfolio manager assistant.
Ms. Paski began her professional pursuits in 2006 as an independent contractor for S&W Title Abstractors LLC. From 2006 to 2007, she was a paralegal with The Lariscy Law Firm, and from 2007 to 2010, she was a leasing manager for The Fairways at Jennings Mill and The Crossroads at Lake Oconee. Ms. Paski later worked for Hawthorne Residential Partners as a leasing consultant manager and was a senior property manager for LIT Property Services from 2014 to 2016. With more than 15 years of combined professional experience, she was a brand ambassador and promotional model for The Talent Pool from 2013 to 2017.
Before she decided on a career in real estate, Ms. Paski became a certified emergency medical technician through Athens Technical College in 2005. She initially intended to focus on nursing but was forced to prioritize her job over her studies. Thus, in 2013, she was certified in real estate and investing by the same institution, and in 2014, she earned her real estate license from the American School of Real Estate. After making significant strides, Ms. Paski has received numerous accolades in recognition of her professional excellence, including quarterly and annual awards. She earned the Golden Sales Value Award, was third place for closings, and fifth place for growth commission income.
Deeming it a responsibility and a privilege to give back, Ms. Paski considers her most significant achievement as instilling self-motivation in her agents, an invaluable asset to their career growth. Even years after leaving her previous firm, former employees have expressed their gratitude for the lessons Ms. Paski taught them that have enabled them to excel in their careers and strive for professional advancement. In the coming years, she plans to expand her company and create more opportunities for her team to grow. Ultimately, she hopes to step back from her daily responsibilities and spend more time working on her business from a broader perspective. Ms. Paski takes great pride in her ability to inspire and mentor her team to achieve greatness in their work, and she hopes to ultimately change the real estate industry, making it better for everyone involved.
